Please reach out to us as soon as you start thinking about potentially having a decoration/display as part of your event. This will help with aligning your vision, dates, custom setups, etc.

We encourage that customers reserve their decorations/displays (and dates) as soon as they have their requirements in mind. Once payment has been received, display adjustments (not applicable to custom orders) can be made to your order up to 14 days before your event. It's essential to note that all our items are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

Payment should be provided as soon as possible or at least 14 days prior to the event date. This guarantees the setup date and time, as well as, confirms that your requested decoration/display items will be ready and available.

Yard card displays are setup between 6:30 am to 9:30 am, based on the agreed upon date, and are typically requested to be located outdoors and in front areas of the venue. For all other decorations which require access to the indoor venue or backyard, we coordinate access with the owner or event planner as needed. Don't forget to provide us a gate code if necessary.

Our prices differ based on the type and size of display/decoration you choose. For our yard card displays, the starting rate is $85.00 for the first day, with a discounted charge for any additional days. Balloon garland pricing starts at $80 for a 6 ft garland, while backdrops and props have variable pricing. Please feel free to contact us for a no obligation quote.

Certainly, we're more than happy to facilitate early morning or late-night setup (delivery and expedited charges might apply.) Given that we are in Texas, we kindly request ensuring our safety during these hours.

All our decorations are exclusively for rent. We provide delivery, setup, and retrieval after your event concludes at no additional cost. You won't need to handle any labor or storage - we handle all the details!

The rental cost covers both installation and removal of your customized display/decoration, as well as, any hardware and lights.

Specific to our yard card displays, the displays can withstand most typical weather elements. If we are made aware of extreme weather, we will reach out and let you know as soon as possible and coordinate based on the circumstances.

To date, we have been blessed to have not had any of our customers reach out to us during an event. We pride ourselves in the work and effort we put in for each engagement. Our crew will be wearing Graphic Greetings shirts and will only be engaged with Graphic Greetings displays/decorations.
